What options are available for document verification?

There are two options for completing document verification:

1. Arrange verification yourself: Contact your academic institution or examination authority and request that it send your official academic records directly to TEC by email or mail. Documents sent electronically must come from an official institutional email address.

2. Use TEC’s Document Verification Service: For most credentials, TEC can contact the issuing institution and coordinate the verification process on your behalf. Fees and availability may vary depending on the credential and country.

TEC’s verification service confirms the authenticity of documents you have already submitted; it is not a document retrieval service.
