Its previous list, in effect since May 2022, added tests beyond TOEFL and IELTS, but the required scores did not reflect comparable levels of proficiency. After requesting public comment in November 2024, HRSA updated the list on May 12, 2026. IELTS is unchanged at 6.5 overall and 7 in speaking. TOEIC is no longer on the list. He was the first internationally educated nurse to serve as a Director at the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools, and he has held clinical leadership roles at Tufts Medical Center, Aya Healthcare, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Saint Mary\u2019s Hospital.\n      <\/p>\n      <p style=\"margin:0;font-family:'Manrope',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:15px;line-height:25px;color:#D7DFF8;\">\n        He earned his DNP in Systems and Health Policy at Yale University, was a 2019\u20132020 Fulbright Fellow to Jordan, and is pursuing an EdD in Nursing Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
